Elle fait le conditionnement, sert les usagers au guichet. Elle assure le maintien des réserves. Elle peut constituer et tenir à jour le dossier des usagers.
Exigences- Diplôme d’études secondaires V (D.E.S.) ou une attestation d’équivalence ou une évaluation comparative du MIFI
