The Opportunity

We are seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to join our co-investment program. The program partners alongside GPs across private equity, venture, real estate, infrastructure, and credit to source, evaluate, and execute direct co-investment opportunities. This is a generalist, multi-asset seat well suited to someone who wants broad exposure to deal structures and industries rather than a narrow sector mandate. The Analyst/Senior Analyst will play a central role in due diligence, financial modeling, and investment recommendation memos, working closely with senior investment professionals and, at times, directly with GP deal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Evaluation: Screen inbound co-investment opportunities across asset classes; assess strategic fit, risk/return profile, and alignment with portfolio construction goals. Financial Modeling: Build and stress-test LBO, growth, and cash flow models; sensitize key assumptions and evaluate downside scenarios. Due Diligence: Review GP materials (CIMs, data rooms, management presentations); conduct independent research on markets, competitors, and comparable transactions. Investment Memos: Draft clear, well-reasoned investment committee memos summarizing thesis, risks, financial analysis, and recommendation. GP & Sponsor Coordination: Liaise with GP deal teams to request information, clarify diligence items, and track deal timelines. Legal Structuring & Execution: Support deal execution and legal structuring workstreams, coordinating with legal counsel and internal stakeholders through closing. Investor Engagement: Gain exposure to investor relationships, including participation in investor updates and related communications. Portfolio Monitoring: Track performance of existing co-investments; prepare quarterly valuation updates and portfolio reporting. Market Research: Monitor deal flow trends, sector dynamics, and comparable transaction data to inform investment decisions. Process Support: Help maintain and improve internal deal tracking systems, diligence checklists, and pipeline reporting.

Qualifications

2 - 4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, credit/leveraged finance, transaction advisory, or a related field. Exceptional attention to detail - non-negotiable given the accuracy required in financial modeling and diligence work. Strong financial modeling skills (LBO, DCF, comparable company/transaction analysis). Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear written analysis. Comfort working across multiple asset classes and deal structures (generalist mindset). Ability to manage multiple live deals simultaneously. Strong communication skills; comfortable interfacing with GPs and senior internal stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required; experience with data rooms/CRM tools a plus. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and comfortable taking on a high level of responsibility early. Global mindset, with interest in cross-border markets and deal structures. Curious and eager to learn, with the flexibility to pivot as deal priorities shift.

What We Offer

Direct exposure to a broad range of asset classes and deal structures. A seat "in the room" for major investment decisions, working alongside senior professionals at the point deals get made. Direct access to best-in-class GP partners across the portfolio. Close mentorship from senior investment professionals. A collaborative, on-site team environment with meaningful ownership of deal work. Competitive compensation, including base salary and performance-based bonus.
