Our partner is looking for a Vice-président(e), Centre d’excellence en approvisionnement, Global based in Canada. As Vice President of the Global Procurement Center of Excellence, you will lead the strategic transformation of enterprise procurement planning, supply chain governance, and digital enablement across a global organization. In this executive leadership role, you will drive end-to-end visibility into inventory, assets, and supply chain operations while developing scalable processes that support long-term business growth. Working closely with senior leaders across procurement, finance, IT, operations, product, construction, and legal, you will shape the digital infrastructure that powers informed decision-making and operational excellence. Accountabilities Lead the global Procurement Center of Excellence, defining enterprise-wide planning strategies that align long-term customer demand with procurement and supply chain requirements. Develop and oversee centralized planning processes to improve visibility into inventory, asset management, product lifecycles, and supply capacity across the organization. Establish governance frameworks for inventory reporting, cash flow management, supply commitments, liabilities, liquidity, and executive-level performance reporting. Drive the development and governance of enterprise master data, including SKU structures and digital supply chain data standards. Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of digital procurement platforms, ensuring seamless integration across procurement, finance, IT, operations, construction, product, and legal functions. Build real-time asset tracking and inventory visibility capabilities that enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. Define governance models, reporting standards, operational cadences, and performance metrics that support procurement excellence and enterprise transparency. Partner with executive stakeholders to improve financial planning, supply chain resilience, and cross-functional collaboration. Champion process optimization, digital transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement across global procurement operations. Support additional strategic initiatives and executive priorities as required. Requirements Extensive executive leadership experience in procurement, supply chain management, finance, operations, or a related discipline. Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives within complex, global organizations. Strong background in financial management, including inventory valuation, cash flow analysis, liabilities, liquidity planning, and supply chain financial modeling. Deep understanding of procurement planning, inventory management, asset lifecycle management, and digital supply chain operations. Experience developing enterprise reporting frameworks, governance standards, and executive dashboards. Strong knowledge of digital procurement platforms, enterprise systems integration, and data governance principles. Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to lead multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously. Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing executive leadership. Ability to thrive in highly matrixed environments while balancing strategic vision with operational execution. Willingness to travel up to 20% as business needs require.
