We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This role is responsible for driving productivity, improving sales processes, and ensuring accountability across both offshore SDRs and in-house Account Executives. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching, and has strong operational discipline.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Accountability
- Manage and hold accountable 10 offshore SDRs and Lead Generators.
- Oversee 15 in-house Account Executives, with a focus on daily productivity.
- Host morning sales standby calls and manage afternoon check-ins.
- Conduct daily 1:1s with SDRs and managers.
- Manage onboarding and support of new hires, with special focus on their first 14 days.
- Run weekly pulse check 1:1s to set and track short- and long-term goals.
Sales Process & Playbooks
- Design, implement, and manage SDR and Sales Playbooks, including scripts.
- Refine sales scripting regularly based on performance and feedback.
- Create and run roleplay sessions (frame, model, copy, practice, recap).
- Develop and administer tests for tone, recap, and objection handling.
- Build and maintain a shadowing program and Gametape program (review recordings).
- Set up and manage a referral program to drive new business.
Operations & Technology
- Partner with the tech team to implement and optimize:
- Phone systems for inbound/outbound lead calls.
- SMS and email blast campaigns.
- Daily productivity reports to track performance.
- Identify and remove blockers to help close deals faster by coordinating with underwriting.
Reporting & Management
- Meet with senior management weekly to review performance and progress.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to improve sales results.
- Ensure consistent alignment between sales, tech, and underwriting teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing inside sales teams and SDRs.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, call scripting, and objection handling.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Comfortable with technology, CRM tools, and call systems.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and driven to deliver results.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday 7:00am–3:00pm | Saturday 10:00am–6:00pm ET
Compensation: $80,000 base salary + quarterly bonus
