- 8-10 years in HR, Talent, or People Program roles with experience building and delivering talent or performance programs in high-growth environments
- Learning & Development experience in a fast scaling company
- Experience designing and running performance cycles and frameworks at scale
- Exposure to career pathing, talent management, or talent development initiatives
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end, with strong stakeholder management
- Comfort with HR systems and data to track and report on program effectiveness
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a builder to join our People team as we scale the next chapter of Talent & Performance at WS. You’ll design, build, and operationalize talent development programs that drive measurable impact across WS focusing on performance, career pathing, development, and talent density
- You’ll bring clarity, consistency, and speed to how we grow and develop our people while keeping things simple and effective for managers and employees
- Building and developing our Performance programs: Own the design and development of our performance cycles (goal setting, calibrations, feedback), ensuring clarity, fairness, and high adoption
- Developing career frameworks: Create and iterate clear, scalable career pathing frameworks to support growth, transparency, and manager enablement
- Driving talent density initiatives: Help us identify, develop, and retain top talent while enabling a high-performing environment
- Supporting employer brand delivery: Partner with TA and Comms to ensure our talent programs reinforce our external and internal brand story
- Simplifying and scaling: Build programs that work in a fast-paced fintech environment, balancing structure with speed and practicality
- Measuring impact: Establish clear success metrics and gather insights to continuously improve our programs
- Partnering deeply: Work with HRBPs, TA, and business leaders to ensure programs align with business needs and are easy to adopt for execution and delivery
- Builder & Operator: You love taking programs from concept to launch, iterating quickly, and turning complex challenges into simple, scalable solutions
- Tech-Savvy & AI-Minded: You’re comfortable leveraging modern HR tech and AI tools to automate, personalize, and enhance learning and talent programs
