About the role
Accounting Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, expense reports, in a timely manner.
- Help with account reconciliations and monthly closing activities.
- Maintain organized financial filing systems and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Address inquiries related to billing and payment discrepancies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous internship or experience in an accounting role is advantageous, but not required.
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills within the accounting field.
