Location: This is a hybrid role, in the office two days a week. Office is located in 405 The West Mall, Suite 400, Toronto, ON M9C 5K7.
Additional Information:
- May be required to work evenings, weekends and/or statutory holidays.
- Local / Regional / International travel, up to 10% required.
JOB SUMMARY
This senior leader provides strategic leadership and analytical support across global sales functions, partnering with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product Management. This position drives sales process, productivity through data-driven insights, forecasting, and capacity analysis aligned with headcount and budget goals. Acting as a trusted advisor and coach to sales leadership, the role supports performance management, compensation design, and the development of incentive programs that motivate results. It also plays a key role in enabling sales success by optimizing tools, processes, and training programs, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement across the sales organization.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Support, Executive, and Operations teams.
- Provide sales productivity/capacity analysis for headcount & budgets.
- Support compensation plan & incentive program development.
- Support annual sales planning across the sales organization.
- Translate product plans into sales productivity plans, forecasts, quotas & targets.
- Provide sales activity reporting & strategic product sales performance analysis.
- Identify staff development opportunities.
- Assist sales management in addressing performance issues & team administration.
- Facilitate continuous sales process improvement via cross-functional collaboration.
- Partner on operational training for sales systems & processes.
- Maintain reporting cadence to manage sales, drive business pace, and meet KPIs.
- Leverage Salesforce.com for pre/post-sales analytics.
- Drive sales productivity & effectiveness through tools and technology.

WORK EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED
5 years of related experience
EDUCATION
Required: High School/GED or equivalent
CERTIFICATIONS DESCRIPTION
Bachelors Degree or High School/GED with equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required.
