Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our team in a fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping and administrative functions while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Maintain accurate financial records using SAGE50 Prepare and file HST/GST remittances Prepare and file WSIB remittances Prepare and send customer invoices Manage customer accounts for payment collection Prepare and submit purchase orders to vendors Perform general office administration duties Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet established deadlines Maintain organized and accurate records and documentation Assist with various office tasks as required in a dynamic work environment

Post Secondary Education
Qualifications
Experience Required
Experience with bookkeeping and SAGE50 Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities High attention to detail and commitment to neat, accurate work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional communication and problem-solving skills
Wage Details
$23 per hour
