This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the team, keep operations running smoothly, and help drive a strong guest experience.
If you lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and know how to keep a team moving, this is a strong next step.
PAY & PERKS
- $19.00–$21.00/hour base pay
- $4–$5/hour average tip-outs (total ~$23–$26/hr)
- Flexible scheduling (days, evenings, weekends)

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead shifts and support day-to-day restaurant operations
- Keep service, kitchen, and overall flow running smoothly
- Coach and support team members during shifts
- Handle guest concerns and problem-solve in real time
- Maintain standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You lead by example and stay composed under pressure
- You’re reliable, accountable, and take ownership of your shifts
- You can coach others and communicate clearly
- You understand restaurant operations (FOH or BOH experience)
- Previous leadership experience is an asset
HYBRID ROLE OPPORTUNITY
This role can be combined with serving or kitchen shifts for additional earning potential.
A great fit for strong team members ready to step into leadership while continuing to maximize earnings.
GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
This role is a direct stepping stone to Assistant Manager.
