We are looking for an Application Support Analyst specialized with Treasury one of our clients, an investment bank set in Montreal

Key responsabilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate the onboarding of clients on eTrading platforms including Fxall, Bloomberg, Tradeweb, 360T, MarketAxess, EBSDirect and others. Manage platform setup activities including mapping, reconciliation and configuration updates. Support electronic trading products across Fixed Income (IRS, Cash Bonds, Credit) and FX (Spot, Forward, Swap, NDF, Options, Algos). Act as a control point for new client onboardings by ensuring all required approvals are obtained from Trading, Regulatory, KYC and Limits teams. Verify client eligibility for access to the Bank's electronic pricing offering. Maintain existing client trading setups and perform updates as required. Serve as the primary point of contact for e-trading inquiries from internal stakeholders and external clients. Support global operations through management of shared mailboxes and hotline coverage following a "follow-the-sun" model. Partner with Front Office teams to improve process security, operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Liaise with external vendors regarding platform-related issues and inquiries. Implement new processes and contribute to the rollout of new systems. Provide demonstrations and training sessions to internal departments. Participate in initiatives supporting the development and expansion of the electronic trading offering.

Profile

REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory 1 to 2 years of experience in the financial industry. Bachelor's degree or equivalent financial industry experience. Strong collaborative mindset and ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge-sharing mentality and willingness to support team success. Professional and respectful communication skills. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. Strong learning agility and willingness to take on new challenges outside of one's comfort zone. Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to enhance performance and productivity. English language proficiency.

Nice to Have

Client-facing experience and strong public relations skills. Data manipulation and metrics reporting experience. Broad knowledge of financial markets and products, including Equities, Fixed Income, OTC products, Futures and Options. Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as Dodd-Frank, FATCA and FinCEN. Knowledge of legal documentation related to account opening. Familiarity with KYC processes. Familiarity with compliance regulations.
