Your role at Clorox:

Consistent to our core objective as we build upon the IGNITE blueprint, we are committed to creating a winning company for generations to come. To create purposeful and enduring growth we are seeking an innovative, curious and dynamic Net Revenue Growth Manager.

In this role you will drive strategic initiatives to optimize revenue and enhance profitability across all levers of NRM for the triple win that enables Clorox to stand apart as leaders in value creation.

In this role you will leverage your expertise in pricing, financial analysis, and data-driven analytics and decision-making to identify growth opportunities and implement innovative solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in shaping our revenue strategies and ensuring sustainable growth

In this role, you will:

Strategic Net Revenue Growth Strategies &Recommendations

  • Deep knowledge of the 5 levers of NRM and how best to deploy to achieve the business outcome and KPI aligned to the business strategies
  • Understanding market dynamics and competitive pricing strategies across customer and channel to make informed recommendations
  • Leveraging all data sources understand and anticipate consumer behavior to set optimal strategies in to enhance revenue and market share
  • Design and optimizes processes to understand optimal assortment, mix management, channel strategies, & trade investment strategies across total Clorox

Financial Acumen and Recommendation:

  • Strong understanding for both pre and post analysis to evaluate the efficacy of the strategies across promotional plans, pricing, and mix with across customer and channel
  • Measuring the financial impact of pricing & promotional recommendations to maximize ROI
  • Aligning strategies with the organization’s KPI set for NRM

Data Analysis and Revenue Optimization:

  • Collecting and analyzing large data sets to identify trends.
  • Making evidence-based decisions to optimize revenue
  • Utilizing advanced analytics tools and techniques
  • Maintain key data sets for integrity with the highest standards of credibility and trust
  • Understands how to convert data into insights and generates business solutions to exceed shopper expectations

Customer Analytics:

  • Ability to identifying cross-sell opportunities with effective selling stories that can be leveraged at the customer for enhanced planning and execution
  • Enhancing customer engagement through targeted strategies that align both the customer and Clorox’s agenda for sustainable, profitable growth that drives categories
  • Helps customers reconcile competing insights and creates the framework that helps customers understand how data fits together. Delivers compelling commercial stories by weaving in both mega trends and granular data to yield commercial results
  • Collaborate with sales strategy, and sales finance to get alignment and drive decisions on Pricing and Promotional strategy, technology, process and change management ensuring the architecture is scalable for all brands, customers and Omni businesses

Business planning and Deliverables:

  • Participate and lead NRM sessions in collaboration with Trade Revenue management team to ensure strategies and executions are aligned within the Business team goals and objectives
  • Support the development of key tools and processes that enhance our IBP (integrated business planning process) to direct and inform strategies and opportunities for in year and long-range planning processes
  • Achieve targets of NRM annually and support the development of the NRM roadmap and execution plans in conjunction with the Global NRM team

What we look for:

Skills and Abilities:

  • 5 years’ experience in an advanced pricing and revenue management environment, leading cross-functional pricing initiatives and developing long term pricing strategies
  • Education Level/Degree Bachelor’s degree (Quantitative Economics / Math / Stats / Business / Engineering or equivalent working experience
  • Excellent P&L & financial acumen and business planning experience
  • Highly collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong logical and analytical reasoning abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate the company strategy to customer teams and enroll their support
  • Extensive knowledge of retail customer channels. Structure, strategy and negotiations
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Suite (Excel including, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.)

  • Non-Sales: $83,278 - $128,248
  • Sales: $83,329 - $128,327
