Role: C Developer (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $30 - $80/hour
Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a C Developer to work on a contract basis. The role involves developing and maintaining high-performance applications using the C programming language. Candidates will collaborate with engineering teams to implement system-level solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, code, test, and debug C-based applications and libraries.
- Optimize performance and memory usage for embedded and system-level software.
- Integrate C components with other modules written in different languages.
- Maintain and extend existing codebases while ensuring backward compatibility.
- Write technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in C programming with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and memory management.
- Experience with debugging tools such as GDB or Valgrind.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
