Pacific Nations Auto Sales & Finance has built an incredible foundation. We have an outstanding reputation, an experienced management team, and over 1,400 five-star Google reviews.

Now it’s time to build on the foundation we’ve created.

Our goal is simple:

Increase Sales Volume.

We’re looking for a Sales Manager who is passionate about prospecting, generating opportunities, closing deals, and developing a high-performing sales team.

You’ll be joining an established leadership team consisting of:

  • 2 Finance Managers
  • 1 General Sales Manager
  • 5 Sales Representatives

As we continue to grow, our plan is to expand our sales team to 8 Sales Representatives, and we’re looking for the right leader to help us get there.

This role is built around one objective:

Selling More Vehicles.

We’ve intentionally designed this position so your time is spent selling cars, developing people, and making customers happy.

Our General Sales Manager oversees administration, compliance, reporting, employee reviews, daily checkouts, inventory management, merchandising, and lender/VSA compliance. That allows you to focus on what you do best:

  • Prospecting for new business
  • Coaching and developing our sales team
  • Working deals
  • Closing sales
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Increasing sales volume

No finance experience is required. You won’t be structuring finance deals or breaking down files—our Finance Managers handle that. Your focus is helping customers find the right vehicle, supporting our sales team, and growing the business.
