Accountabilities

The UIUX Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality user experiences and supporting product development through strategic and visual design expertise. Key responsibilities include: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand product objectives, user needs, and business requirements. Design complete user experiences, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create intuitive and visually engaging designs that improve usability and customer satisfaction. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and alignment with the intended user experience. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and product performance insights. Maintain and improve design systems to ensure consistency across digital products. Communicate design decisions clearly and document UX/UI specifications for cross-functional teams. Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and product discussions. Leverage AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, Figma AI, ChatGPT, or Claude to accelerate ideation, generate concepts, and optimize repetitive workflows. Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance product experiences.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a user-focused designer with strong experience creating digital products and a passion for solving problems through design. Required qualifications and skills include: 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application projects. Experience designing user interfaces and experiences, preferably within Web3, fintech, or technology-driven industries. Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design approaches. Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into clear, effective design solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with product and engineering teams. Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and detailed UX documentation. Basic understanding of frontend development concepts and the design-to-development handoff process is a plus. Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and creative automation tools is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage priorities independently.
