What You’ll Do As a PSW, you’ll help seniors live safely and independently at home by:
- Supporting personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
- Offering companionship and meaningful social interaction.
- Assisting with safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
- Providing medication reminders.
- Maintaining a safe, clean home with light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation.
What We’re Looking For
- PSW certificate, nursing background, or relevant caregiving experience.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license (G2/G) and reliable vehicle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion, reliability, and confidence in dementia or complex care.
