In this role you will lead and actively contribute to the functional design strategy across the corporation, acting as the sole authority for UI/UX standards and best practices. This role involves overseeing the user experience and interface design for a wide range of initiatives, including corporate websites, SaaS products, and internal tools and intranet platforms used by corporate teams and franchisees. The position requires managing and executing the full functional design process, from user flows and wireframes to prototypes and usability testing, while collaborating closely with Marketing’s Brand Leads and Graphic Designers to ensure alignment with established brand systems, creative direction, and tone. Final validation of brand compliance and creative elements will remain under the responsibility of the Marketing team

Your responsibilities as a UX/UI Designer at Fix Network

  • Own the UX/UI process for web and SaaS applications, from wireframes to interactive prototypes.

  • Develop and maintain a scalable design system for consistency across all platforms.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.

  • Work in collaboration with Marketing VP, Brand Strategists, and Graphic Designers for brand compliance and creative alignment.

  • Partner with Product Managers and Developers for seamless design-to-development handoff.

  • Ensure designs meet WCAG accessibility standards.

  • Apply corporate brand guidelines across all functional designs.

The Pilot we are looking for:

  • Proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and design system creation.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and SaaS product design.

  • Experience with responsive design and cross-platform consistency.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating with stakeholders.

  • Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.

  • Familiarity with user research and testing tools (e.g., Maze, UserTesting, Hotjar).

  • Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Zeplin).

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for realistic design implementation (not mandatory).

  • Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.

  • Tools; Mandatory: Figma. Flexible: Candidate’s choice for user testing, collaboration, and asset libraries. (We do not use Adobe tools as a company.)
