About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team at Quantum World Technologies Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, including experience with Lightning and Classic environments, data migration, and integrations. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. Qualifications
- Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Lightning Components, Visualforce, Apex, REST and SOAP APIs, and Streaming API.
- Hands-on experience with data migration projects and Classic to Lightning migrations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and architecture.
- Experience with data loading tools such as Apex Data Loader.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects within scheduled timelines.
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Experience working collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Knowledge of integration techniques using REST and SOAP APIs is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Lead and participate in data migration initiatives, ensuring data integrity and seamless transition from legacy systems.
- Assist in the migration from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience, including user interface adjustments and functionality enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce workflows, process builder, validation rules, and triggers to automate business processes.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
- Maintain documentation of technical specifications, configurations, and customizations.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices, recommending improvements as appropriate.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and other team members.
