Coordination & On-Site Work

  • Travel regularly to Richcraft communities, properties, and events to capture content
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and partners to coordinate content needs
  • Support launches, activations, events, and community moments with on-site content capture

Posting, Reporting & Community Management

  • Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms (primarily Instagram)
  • Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with campaigns
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and engagement in a timely, on-brand way
  • Provide regular reporting and insights into profile performance and recommend optimizations
  • Actively engage with audiences to help build a people-centered, approachable presence

Strategy Support & Optimization

  • Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and emerging content formats
  • Proactively bring forward content ideas and opportunities
  • Review performance metrics and adjust content to improve reach, engagement, and growth
  • Additional duties as required

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Strong short-form video and Reel editing skills
  • Strong writing skills and excellent attention to detail, with the ability to adapt tone and voice across different audiences and brands
  • Strong coordination and project management skills
  • Solid understanding of brand voice and storytelling
  • Comfortable capturing content on-site and working with a variety of people
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects
  • Confident working independently while collaborating with a broader team

Nice to Have

  • Experience in real estate, homebuilding, lifestyle, hospitality, or commercial brands
  • Photography or videography background
  • Experience managing content across multiple brands or locations
  • Comfort appearing on camera when needed

Work Environment:
