We are seeking an experienced Intermediate UX Designer to support digital service design initiatives for the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in user-centered design, UX/UI design, service design, user research, prototyping, and digital experience optimization.
The successful candidate will design intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms while collaborating with stakeholders, product teams, developers, and business partners to deliver user-focused solutions aligned with government digital service standards.

Position Summary
The Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement is seeking an Intermediate UX Designer to support the creation of effective, accessible, and user-friendly digital services.
The successful candidate will apply user-centered design principles to research user needs, create prototypes, design interfaces, conduct usability testing, and iterate solutions based on feedback. This role requires experience designing digital products across multiple platforms while balancing user expectations, business requirements, and technical constraints.
Key Responsibilities
UX/UI Design & Digital Experience Development (30%)
Design intuitive, visually appealing, and accessible user interfaces. Create user experiences for web and mobile applications.
Develop
Wireframes Mockups Interactive prototypes User flows User journeys Design product functionality to optimize overall user experience. Iterate designs based on usability testing and stakeholder feedback. Identify design challenges and develop effective solutions.
User Research & Service Design (25%)
Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Translate research findings into
Personas Sitemaps Customer journey maps Service blueprints User flows Apply service design methodologies to improve digital services. Support collaborative design sessions with stakeholders and delivery teams.
Product Design & Prototyping (20%)
Facilitate product vision through research, ideation, sketching, prototyping, and testing. Create optimized designs for multiple devices and interfaces. Collaborate with developers to ensure practical implementation. Apply design standards while considering technical limitations. Support configuration improvements based on user feedback.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication (15%)
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, vendors, developers, and product teams. Facilitate co-design workshops and design discussions. Build strong relationships through collaboration and communication. Manage competing priorities while meeting project timelines.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement (10%)
Use data analytics and user insights to develop evidence-based recommendations. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience. Apply emerging trends and digital service practices to enhance solutions.
