Key Responsibilities
Develop specific plans to prioritize work and operational activities
Organize tasks to accomplish daily operational objectives Oversee and plan the operational logistics of the organization Coordinate activities with other work units and departments to ensure smooth operations Prepare, update, and submit operational and performance reports Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and operational machinery Arrange for maintenance and repair work as required Resolve operational issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve productivity and quality Coordinate staff training and support employee development initiatives Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure operational efficiency Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed Organize, monitor, and maintain inventory records and stock levels
Qualifications
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or higher
2 years to less than 3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or third-party logistics (3PL) Experience using inventory control software Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
