This role also involves documenting procedures, supporting compliance with company policies, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in production management or operations coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with proven capacity to manage multiple projects in a remote, part-time environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Comfort using digital tools and software for project tracking, documentation, and remote collaboration (e.g., project management platforms, office productivity suites). Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on quality, process improvement, and problem-solving. Relevant education or training in production management, operations, business administration, or a related field is beneficial. Prior experience in a remote or hybrid work setting and familiarity with UK-based business practices are advantageous.
