A motivating work environment and a human management style where you can make a difference Summary The selected intern will be responsible for supporting the complete staffing process in addition to being involved in supporting the HR advisor in data entry/creation of employee files, creation of training materials to generate and improve data reports on various performance indicators related to the workforce. (Excel and HRIS system)

Main Responsibilities

  • Participate in the entire staffing process.
  • Assist on the onboarding and integration of new employee’s process.
  • Support the HR advisor in various other projects, particularly related to training management.
  • Assist in the administration of various quarterly processes; enter data into SIRH and/or KPI HR reports.
  • Participate in the development, customization, and implementation of HR technology systems and tools.
  • Support the implementation of new administrative and operational processes
  • Support HR coordinators in various other projects, particularly related to workforce management.
  • Participate in HR department improvement projects.
  • All other daily human resources tasks.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, social sciences, or administration in progress.
  • Available for part-time work after an internship – an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel, is required.
  • Ability to communicate in French/English, both written and spoken.
  • Skills and abilities in problem-solving and business analysis.
