Senior UX/UI Designer
Pay Rate: $65.00/hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role is responsible for the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final design, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for digital products. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Conduct user research and usability testing. Maintain design systems and accessibility (WCAG) standards. Collaborate with product, development, and business teams. Facilitate design workshops and mentor junior designers.
Qualifications
8+ years of UX/UI, product, or digital design experience. Expert proficiency in Figma.
Financial Experience
Strong understanding of UX research, responsive design, and accessibility. Experience leading Design Thinking workshops and working in Agile teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Pay Rate: $65.00/hour
