About the role

Job ID: LOGCSR2025
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10AM-6PM or 12PM-8PM
Contract: Full-time, permanent, Work from home (occasional office visits)
Salary: up to $45,000.00, based on experience
Workplace address: Remote after Initial Training

  • Answering all customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Take the necessary steps to answer their questions
  • Pick-up planning
  • Research for lost packages
  • Other related tasks
