We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Order Picker. Come join our dynamic team!</p><p><strong>Warehouse Order Picker</strong></p><p>We are currently looking for a <strong>Full-Time Order Picker</strong> located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia reporting to the Warehouse Manager.</p><p><strong><em>The Order Picker position requires candidates with forklift licences. This position is for the shift beginning at 07:00 am - 4:00 pm.</em></strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Order picking</li><li>Wrapping orders when required</li><li>Building stock on pallets in safe and logical manner</li><li>Placing orders in correct staging areas</li><li>Inputting information into the company computer system</li><li>Communicating all shortages or discrepancies within an order to the Supervisor</li><li>Following all health and safety procedures</li><li>Ensuring all aisles are free from obstruction and that all strapping, shrink-wrapping, and empty boxes are cleared at all times; and</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Valid forklift, order picker, and electric walkie certifications required</li><li>Knowledge of RF scanners</li><li>Completion of a secondary school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Reverse Reach, Counterbalance and electric walkie certifications</li><li>Warehouse experience</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Self-directed with the ability to work well with minimal supervision</li><li>Punctual, dependable, and reliable</li><li>Minimum 3 years experience</li></ul></div>Company Description<div>We have successfully developed strong brands in hardware, hand tools, power tools and home & garden accessories.
