About the role
This position contributes to the maintenance of the Bear Claw Hotel, by carrying out cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for Casino guests and staff.
Cleaning floors, washrooms, storage room, laundry room, elevator, lobby, hallways, stairways, hotel guest rooms, windows, and furniture. Assisting Maintenance Repair Workers with Hotel room maintenance as required. Providing customer service to hotel guests and patrons. Assisting with minor repairs to Hotel facility and equipment. Cleaning Hotel laundry and rotating linen stock. Keeping Front Desk informed of rooms being cleaned, and informing Front Desk and Facilities if repairs are needed.
Combination of relevant education, training and/or experience. Experience providing customer service and working with many diverse personalities. Previous housekeeping or custodial experience would be preferred.
