$ 41.15 - $ 58.98

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skill and Experience)

  • Current Certificate of Competence as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario.

  • BScN preferred.

  • BCLS certification.

  • Current ACLS

  • Current Certification in Venipuncture, arterial lines, care of the ventilated patient, Delegated Controlled Acts.

  • 2 years recent Level 111 critical care experience within the past 3 years.

  • CNA certification in critical care preferred

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills/critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Knowledge of resource utilization initiatives

  • Current working knowledge of CCIS

  • Successful completion of the cardiac module of a recognized college/university critical care diploma course

  • Member of RNAO preferred.

  • Satisfactory attendance
