Job Summary Responsible for forecasting all sales volume for specific channels/customers with the target to generate the best in class forecast accuracy and mitigation of bias. Owner of the Demand Review pilar in the S&OP/IBP process, being responsible to communicate with senior leaders (Director, Vice President and Executive Vice President) about volume shifts, sales trends, adjustments made versus previous cycles, and scenario-creation, creating a compelling vision and with strong storytelling. Be the liaison between Finance, Operations, Sales and Marketing regarding full-year forecast number and the risk/opportunities available. Lead the improvement of our forecasting KPIs and support Sales and Marketing on Innovation discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own respective regional and channel demand plans and develop corrective actions in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing teams to address variance.

- Ensure that assumptions, risks, and opportunities relating to the medium- and long-term business targets are identified, monitored, and reported

- Continuously develop and improve the demand planning forecasts, respective targets and key performance indicators to drive the best forecast.

- Lead collaborative Demand Planning meetings with respective region/channels.

- Institutionalize common sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes, collaborative tools and communications.
10%
- Building tools to improve efficiency and provide views into business planning opportunities and challenges
10%
- This will be an 18-month contract
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or other areas
- 3 years of Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning or Supply Chain Roles
Preferred
- Master Degree or MBA
- +5 years of Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning or Supply Chain Roles
- IBF, CPIM or CSCP

Compensation : Budgeted Range – $78,200.00 – $101,200.00
The budgeted range considers several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
The budgeted range will align with qualifications, including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements.
