Warehouse Associate
Responsibilities:
- Receive products from Suppliers, Retail Returns, Sales Associates, and Service
- Check received materials against documents provided for items and quantity
- Make changes to documentation as required and notify supervisor of changes
- Put received stock away in the appropriate stock locations provided
- Pick product orders according to the daily order pick lists provided, marking the pick qty and total qty picked for each order
- Meet or exceed expected daily ship volumes as available orders and stock dictate
- Have order checked for qty picked and signed by another warehouse person before packing
- Scan bar code items being packed the order for order update to invoice
- Process shipment of order for delivery by using the freight manifest program while checking the ship address to packing list
- Keep warehouse work areas clean and tidy
- Assist other warehouse staff in meeting the brands order fulfillment as needed
- Perform annual physical inventory and regular cycle counts as requested
- Assist brands in sales support material storage and shipping as needed
- Timely respond or relay to appropriate department any customer concerns
- Complete daily productivity reports
- Submit all previous day unfilled picking documents to supervisor
- Maintain and request shipping supplies
- Report any injuries or safety concerns immediately
Professional requirements
Requirements:
- HS diploma or equivalent required, college a plus
- Previous warehouse and shipping/receiving experience
- Previous AS 400 experience a plus
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to problem solve and make quick decisions
- Good communication skills
- RF gun knowledge with ability to scan inbound and outbound material
- Able to lift minimum 20 pounds.
- Team player and ability to manage work processes
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Able to produce results under pressure and meet deadlines
