The Team Our Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice is comprised of over 600 sector experts and specialized consultants across the Globe. We combine strategic and operational expertise with a deep technical knowledge to support developers, sponsors, lenders, and projects leader to select, structure, improve and execute Capital Projects in a more efficient and sustainable way.
We are expanding our Infrastructure & Capital Projects business and are searching for staff in the eastern and western regions of Canada
How You Will Contribute
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects across their full life cycle.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead project teams, facilitating communication between engineering, product, quality, and manufacturing departments.
- Manage resource allocation and resolve any technical or organizational roadblocks.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet milestones.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field); Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- 15+ years of project management experience in an engineering or technical environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional engineering projects.
- Familiarity with engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB).
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
