The Inventory and Receiving Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of inventory control and receiving functions. This role ensures accurate tracking of incoming goods, proper storage, timely distribution, and maintenance of inventory records while leading a team to achieve operational efficiency and accuracy.

What You Will Do:
- Supervise and coordinate all receiving activities, including unloading, inspection, and documentation of incoming shipments.
- Ensure accuracy of received goods against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Oversee proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Train, schedule, and supervise warehouse or inventory staff.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock situations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, receiving performance, and discrepancies.
- Utilize inventory management systems to track and manage stock.
- Health and Safety.
What We Are Looking For:

Post secondary education in business, Supply Chain, Operations, Leadership.

1-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or receiving.
-
Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
-
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
-
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
-
Strong computer skills and data analytic.
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Leadership and team management.
-
Time management and prioritization.
-
Analytical thinking.
