About the Role: We are seeking an experienced ABA Therapist to provide in-home, one-on-one therapy for a child in Ajax. The role requires professionalism, consistency, and expertise in implementing evidence-based Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) strategies.
**Responsibilities: ** Deliver structured in-home ABA therapy sessions (2 hours per session, 4 hours weekly).
Implement individualized therapy programs tailored to the child’s goals.
Collect data and monitor progress during each session.
Provide feedback and collaborate with parents/caregivers to support consistency at home.
Maintain professional boundaries and uphold ethical standards.
**Qualifications: ** Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on ABA therapy experience (in-home preferred).
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behaviour management, and skill-building strategies.
Experience supporting children with developmental differences, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Excellent communication, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
Must be comfortable working independently in an in-home setting.
**Additional Information: ** This is an experienced-only position; candidates without direct ABA therapy experience will not be considered.
