About the role

A career as a quality Assurance Manager in the Payments Modernization team at National Bank means leading software quality in an agile and technological environment. This position allows you to have a concrete impact on improving digital services thanks to your expertise in team management, test automation and cloud delivery.

Your job

  • Manage a multidisciplinary team of quality assurance specialists and support them in their development

  • Define and implement effective testing strategies automation is part of ongoing testing

  • Oversee the integration of automation tools in DevOps to optimize the quality of deliverables

  • Influence and structure quality assurance practices across several agile teams

  • Ensure compliance, deadlines and performance of solutions delivered

Your team

The IT and Operations sector is made up of more than 5,500 experts who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on top of technology and improve processes continuously.

You are part of a large team of 75 to 100 colleagues in the Payments sector and will report to the Senior Manager – Technology Delivery. Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related field and 7 years or more of relevant experience
  • Team management experience in an agile and complex environment (Agile, safe)
  • Significant experience in quality assurance of cloud solutions, including automated testing and continuous integration
  • Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket) and monitoring platforms (Splunk, Datadog)
  • Recognized for your collaborative leadership and ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders

Languages:

English, French
