YOUR CHALLENGES :
- Ensure that orders are processed effectively, either by phone, emails or faxes
- Process each order in the computer system accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
- Process calls to all customers as required by the cheese factory
- Dealing with customer complaints and resolve problems to keep an outstanding customer service
WHAT YOU HAVE :
- Minimum High School Diploma and /or equivalent experience and education
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar position
- Must be comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to details and high precision when you perform your job daily tasks.
- You are an excellent team worker
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, more particularly Excel
- Alphanumeric data entry efficiency
- Bilingual English & French
Status: Part time, permanent
Work Schedule: Days to be determined
