What You'll Do

Review financial statements, ledgers, and accounting disclosures Extract and structure data into standardized Excel templates Validate calculations, formatting, and internal consistency Identify errors or inconsistencies in source accounting material Support recurring dataset creation and cleanup tasks Ensure datasets meet accuracy and quality standards for AI model training

Who You Are

Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial discipline Strong Excel proficiency — comfortable building and validating structured datasets High attention to detail with a systematic, accuracy-first mindset Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

Exposure to audit, FP&A, or financial operations Experience with financial statement analysis or accounting reconciliation Familiarity with data validation or spreadsheet quality control workflows
