How You Will Contribute:
You will be working within the Service Partner Management team.
The Service Partner Management team is responsible to build an ecosystem of external service partners who support Ciena field installation, field engineering and maintenance services of Ciena optical and packet products
- You will collaborate with various internal teams, ranging from individual contributors to senior management
- You will coordinate with colleagues in global setting, across different countries and time zones, although you will maintain regular business hours
Responsibilities include:
- Establish a basic understanding of the Service Partner ecosystem and the Ciena Customer Operations Team business model.
- Document workflows and business processes that support our Service Partner ecosystem for knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with teams to identify key business metrics and KPIs for analysis
- Provide data analytics on various Service Partner Management data points using MS Tools (Excel, PowerBI)
- Design, develop and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards using PowerBI
Experience
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex datasets
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience in Power BI or other visualization tool a plus
- Superior scheduling, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- A collaborative approach to work seamlessly with teams across the business
- Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate is a plus
Pay Range: The hourly pay for this position is $20.00 - $27.00
Pay ranges at Ciena are designed to accommodate variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, reflecting our diverse products, industries, and lines of business. Please note that the pay range information provided in this posting pertains specifically to the primary location, which is the top location listed in case multiple locations are available.
