About the role:

OLIVER is hiring a Project Manager to join our team partnering with one of Canada’s leading apparel brands.

 

The Project Manager acts as the vital liaison between clients and internal creative teams, driving projects from briefing to completion. You’ll build strong client relationships and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic brand goals across digital, social, video, and print/retail. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment where attention to detail is paramount.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Manage day-to-day client partnership with direct communication; run statuses, present work, and manage feedback and expectations
  • Serve as liaison between client and internal teams, coordinating work from brief through final delivery
  • Translate requests into briefs, timelines, and resourcing plans aligned to brand strategy
  • Manage workflow and approvals; assign tasks, track progress in project tools, and uphold brief/brand standards
  • Own schedules and change management; report status, risks, and mitigations
  • Oversee production, technical specifications, and QA across all channels
  • Identify bottlenecks; lead project debriefs and drive process improvements

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Project Management in a creative agency

  • Proven delivery of integrated campaigns and content (digital/social, video/photo, print/retail)

  • Excellent client-facing communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills

  • Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; exceptional organization and attention to detail across multiple workstreams

  • Proficiency with project tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Monday.com); Adobe/Figma a plus

  • Solid grasp of production workflows, trafficking, QA, and asset management
