What is the opportunity:
The administrative assistant will assist the Evaluations Administrators in quality assurance initiatives; ATP website reviews, ESC student feedback interviews, social media survey, and temporary course location tracking. May be required to take ESC course offerings as a “secret student.”
What will you do:
- Performing on-line searches across social media and websiteplatforms
- Calling students and ATPs for follow-up quality assurance
- Organizing documents in SharePoint and Excel
- Participating in safety training courses
- Organizing filed documents
- Other duties as required
What you need to succeed:
- At least 1-2 years of post-secondary education is required
- Experience in on-line social media platforms
- Experience in web-browsers navigation and search engines
- Pleasant, professional, and clear telephone communication skills
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of programs including SharePoint and Teams
- Demonstrated success working in a team-based setting or on project teams
