What is the opportunity:

The administrative assistant will assist the Evaluations Administrators in quality assurance initiatives; ATP website reviews, ESC student feedback interviews, social media survey, and temporary course location tracking. May be required to take ESC course offerings as a “secret student.”

What will you do:

  • Performing on-line searches across social media and websiteplatforms
  • Calling students and ATPs for follow-up quality assurance
  • Organizing documents in SharePoint and Excel
  • Participating in safety training courses
  • Organizing filed documents
  • Other duties as required

What you need to succeed:

  • At least 1-2 years of post-secondary education is required
  • Experience in on-line social media platforms
  • Experience in web-browsers navigation and search engines
  • Pleasant, professional, and clear telephone communication skills
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of programs including SharePoint and Teams
  • Demonstrated success working in a team-based setting or on project teams
