Position Details
The Housing department requires the services of a qualified Associate Director, Housing Administration & Operations in a full-time continuing position.
Reporting to the Executive Director, this position oversees the administration and operational portfolios for Housing Services. The position is responsible for occupancy management of all residence facilities, as well as coordination and collaboration with all administrative support services for residences, including caretaking and general maintenance. This position oversees the work portfolios and job performance of all front-end staff and Campus Life Housing Coordinators (CLHCs). This position is responsible, in collaboration with the Associate Director of Systems & Residence Life, for developing the annual Housing budget and fees.
The University of Lethbridge is undertaking a job classification and compensation review for Administrative Professional Officer (APO) positions. As such, the salary range currently assigned for this position may be adjusted as a result of this project.
The successful candidate will be required to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check.
Position Qualifications

College Diploma or Degree with a focus on business administration or management.

Minimum seven years of professional working experience in a post-secondary environment, preferably in housing or campus living.

Experience supervising or managing staff.

Effective communication skills, both written and oral, are required.

Experience in documentation management, specifically electronic documents.

Computer experience in a business environment.

Proficiency in creating training manuals or procedures.

Basic business financial experience.
Starting Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE)
$65,153.16 - $81,963.08 annually
Full Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE)
$65,153.16 - $98,772.99 annually (APO - Grade 3)
