What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Receptionist or Administrator
- Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
- Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Tracker) is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- A patient-first, customer service mindset
