About the role
Type of position: Regular
Your future role on our team… The BBA's Vancouver, BC office is looking for a part-time (20hrs) Equipment Management Coordinator who would be responsible for ensuring that the BBA equipment fleet in the Western Region is maintained and calibrated as per BBA and ISO process. The Equipment Management Coordinator is also responsible to ensure that equipment are ready for project use and ship to project site and calibration supplier efficiently.
An Overview Of Your Day-to-day Work
- Ensure equipment are calibrated as per schedule
- Ensure equipment are complete and in good order
- Inspect equipment up on return from site
- Complete annual inventory and equipment tracking
- Repair or replace worn components
- Support project team for the shipping of test equipment
- Coordinate with supplier and calibration entities
- Support remote offices with their equipment fleet
- Support project team with service truck and vehicle
- Work with equipment database
Summary Of Certifications And Job Requirements
- Valid driver license
- Able to manipulate and move load up to 100lbs with appropriate tools
- Able to carry load up to 50lbs
- Knowledge of goods shipping rules and regulations
- Familiarity with electrical test equipment
- Experience in equipment fleet management
- Availability to travel across Canada and US for short period of time
- Asset: knowledge of French and/or Spanish
An Overview Of BBA’s Total Rewards
- Annual base salary from $25.42/hr to $31.07/hr
