As a Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with high-performing colleagues, providing critical solutions to our clients and addressing their most demanding working capital and performance challenges. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with organizations spanning various industries and business scenarios.
What you will do
- Lead working capital advisory projects, including optimization of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay processes, supply chain, inventory management, and other corporate performance enhancements.
- Take ownership of allocated project execution from scope definition activities through to final deliverables, including workshops with clients, presenting results.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of client objectives, combining financial and operational assessments to create tailored insights and value-driven recommendations tied to client strategic and financial goals.
- Collaborate with clients to identify operational risks, efficiencies, and opportunities for sustained working capital and cash flow improvement.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposal development, leveraging relationships with executives, and seeking new opportunities within the corporate and private equity sectors.
- Mentor and contribute to the professional growth of team members.
What you bring to the role
- A minimum of two years of recent client-facing experience within a Big 4 firm, a leading strategy firm, or a boutique consultancy specializing in working capital, operational performance, or cash flow management.
- A bachelor's degree from a recognized institution, ideally in business administration, engineering, or a relevant field; a master’s degree, particularly an MBA, is preferred.
- Expertise in one or more areas such as transaction and business due diligence, operational performance improvement, strategic growth, or other working capital-related initiatives.
- Experience in assessing, redesigning, and improving business processes, coupled with a robust understanding of financial analysis, business strategy, and supply chain optimization.
- Proven skills in deriving strategic value and strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A willingness to travel as project requirements dictate.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $63,500 to $99,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills, & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
