We're hiring Bilingual Reservation Agents to help customers with reservations and process-related inquiries. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating in both French and English, and working in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For
You could be a great fit if you have: Professional oral and written communication skills in French and English A friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach Strong listening skills and a genuine desire to help others Patience, empathy, and the ability to navigate challenging situations Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly Confidence communicating clearly and thinking on your feet At least 1 year of customer service experience (call centre experience is considered an asset)

Week 1 Saturday, August 22: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Sunday, August 23: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Monday, August 24 - Wednesday, August 26: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST Week 2 Saturday, August 29: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Sunday, August 30: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Monday, August 31 - Wednesday, September 2: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST Please note: Full attendance throughout training is required.
Hours of Operation
7:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST, 7 days per week
Availability Requirements
Evening and weekend availability is required following training.
