JOB DESCRIPTION

Join nesto – proudly named Canadian Rocketship 2025*. A Deloitte Fast 50 company evolving alongside Canada’s top tech innovators and disrupting a 2.1 Trillion-dollar mortgage industry at light speed by building the mortgage ecosystem of the future.

BUILD lending technology with the best developers, AI engineers, and mortgage experts in the country. Work on a modern tech stack and a development framework designed to unlock your full potential and accelerate your career.

###About Us

Founded in Montreal in 2018, nesto is a leading Canadian fintech on a mission to provide an empowering, transparent, and simplified property financing experience. We evolved from a digital broker into Canada’s premier online mortgage lender, where our experts are supported by advanced technology. Since then, we have expanded into a "mortgage ecosystem" builder, partnering with large financial institutions nationwide.

A key milestone occurred in 2022 with our first B2B product launch for IG Wealth Management, alongside a Series C funding round. In 2024, nesto acquired CMLS to form the Nesto Group, significantly increasing our scale to 1,250 employees across 12 offices and $73 billion CAD in assets under administration. You will work on Nesto Cloud, Canada’s most advanced platform delivering end-to-end technology solutions for lenders in the digital age.

###Why We Are Hiring

Our mission is to modernize the financial landscape by migrating banks and large financial institutions from legacy software to Nesto Cloud, our enterprise, cloud-based, end-to-end mortgage and lending platform. As our B2B partner ecosystem expands, we are rapidly scaling our Client Delivery teams with a focus on building a sound foundation for growth.

About This Role

In this newly created role as Client Delivery Analyst, reporting to our Director, PMO, you will act as the backbone of our team from implementation through SaaS Operations. You will serve as a bridge across the delivery organization, partnering with Directors from PMO, Business Consulting, Architecture, and Service Delivery to identify gaps, build necessary tools, and provide the insights that allow us to work smarter.

You’ll help establish the department’s foundation – including our knowledge base, tech stack, data processes, and governance – to ensure the organization can operate effectively at scale. This is currently an internal role with the potential to become client-facing in the future.

Work Location, Time Zone, and Availability

This is a remote-first role open to candidates across Canada. While you have the flexibility to work from home or from any of our offices (including Montreal, Quebec City, Calgary, Toronto, and Vancouver), we primarily operate on Eastern Time (EST). To effectively collaborate with our Toronto and Montreal hubs and our national enterprise clients, you should be available during core business hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST).

What Success In This Role Looks Like

  • In 3 months: You have become the driving force behind establishing and integrating the Client Delivery technology stack, setting the foundation for our documentation and knowledge base, and built effective cross-functional relationships.
  • In 6 months: You have stabilized the tech stack, built a suite of meaningful reports/dashboards for internal stakeholders, and become the subject matter expert on cross-functional processes within the Client Delivery team.
  • In 12 months: You have become the "source of truth" for the Client Delivery team with respect to internal process, data, and documentation, providing insights that directly influence leadership's strategic decisions while driving continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

-**Operational Insights:**Beyond just building reports, you’ll analyze data to find trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency across our client projects. -**Tool & Template Building:**Design and implement the frameworks, dashboards, and templates that our delivery team and executive leadership use every day. -**Data Auditing:**Ensure the integrity and validity of our project and service data–establishing KPIs that actually matter and holding the team accountable to them. -**Gap Analysis:**Proactively identify where our processes are breaking down and propose (and build!) scalable solutions by collaborating with internal stakeholders. -**Knowledge Management & Process Documentation:**Facilitation, creation, and maintenance of a centralized "Source of Truth" for Client Delivery across files and a Confluence knowledgebase. This includes architecting cross-team workflows, standardizing tool-use guidelines (e.g., JSM, Wrike), and mapping clear escalation paths to ensure seamless alignment between Implementation and SaaS Operations.

What We Are Looking For

-5+ Years of Experiencein Business Analysis, Operations Analysis, or a similar multifaceted role. -**The "Swiss Army Knife" skill set:**You are comfortable with data visualization, process mapping, and project coordination. -**Data-Driven & Insight-Led:**You have a high level of metrics-savviness. You translate raw numbers into meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions and clear prioritization. -**A Critical Thinker:**You move beyond task-oriented execution to focus on outcomes. You use your judgment to figure out the "what" and "why" rather than just waiting for instructions. -**Thrive in Ambiguity:**You enjoy turning chaos into organized systems with meaningful impact and have a proven ability to convert ambiguity into clarity. -**An Expert Facilitator:**You possess the communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, asking the probing questions necessary to clarify needs and align teams. -**Improvement-Obsessed:**You naturally look for ways to make things better–spotting inefficiencies, suggesting changes, and proactively automating repetitive work. -**Inquisitive & Autonomous:**You operate independently and take full ownership. You don't just report that an activity is late; you figure out exactly why and how to prevent it next time.

(Strongly) Preferred But Not A Must

  • Experience working with Wrike, GSuite, Jira, and Jira Service Management (JSM).
  • Experience in a Client Delivery or PMO environment.
  • Experience with AI or automation tools for process optimization and automation.

You Shouldn’t Apply If

  • You prefer to have a list of tasks handed to you every morning.
  • Your comfort is predictable and repetitive work.
  • You find documentation tedious or unimportant.
  • You aren't interested in a scale-up environment and feel uncomfortable navigating ambiguity or driving progress without having all the information up front.

Interview Process

  • Recruiter interview: A 30-minute introductory call to discuss your background, interest, and any questions you have about us.
  • Hiring Manager Interview: A 30-minute deep dive into your experience and the specific needs of the role.
  • Panel / Case Study: A take-home assignment followed by a 60-minute presentation to meet the team and demonstrate your skills.
  • Culture & Values Fit: A 45-minute final conversation to ensure alignment with our mission and your career goals.
  • Background Checks & Offer: Completion of reference and background checks prior to extending a formal offer.

What We Offer

  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: Top-tier Extended Health, Dental, and Vision coverage, featuring 100% drug coverage.
  • Health & Wellness Spending Account: A $1,500 combined annual flex fund for things like gym memberships or extra medical needs.
  • Generous Paid Time Off: 4 weeks of vacation plus 8 personal floater days.
  • Retirement Savings: Access to a Group RRSP/DPSP plan featuring competitive company-matching contributions.
  • Telemedicine Services via Dialogue and coverage for Licensed Practitioner Services.
  • Family Support: Parental Leave Top-Up Programs provided for Maternity & Parental Leave.
  • Flexible Work: The possibility to work fully remote or work from one of our offices in Montreal, Quebec, Calgary, Toronto, Vancouver, and more!

Why Join Us

  • Hypergrowth: Deloitte Fast 50 – 3 years in a row
  • Tech community credibility: TechTO Canadian Rocketship 2025*
  • Industry leadership: CLA Lending Company of the Year – 4 consecutive years
  • Talent magnet: CMP Top Mortgage Employer 2025.
  • Trusted technology: powering major financial institutions across Canada.
  • An entrepreneurial culture built on trust, speed, uncomfortable ambition, being stronger together, and a relentless obsession with our clients.
