Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly targets in terms of rentals and number of visits
  • Meet the monthly objectives set by the area coordinator
  • Welcome clients, provide information, and show them the properties
  • Ensure rental requests are handled according to provided guidelines
  • Follow up on phone messages within 24 hours
  • Meet with clients and address their needs regarding renewals, modifications, transfers, etc.Ensure post-rental follow-up
  • Complete all required job instructions on a tablet
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the area coordinator

Professional Requirements

  • Knowledge of computer applications: Word and Excel
  • Two (2) years of experience in customer service

Technical Requirements

  • Vehicle with a professional appearance (relatively new and in good condition)
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to different computer systems and any new technology
  • Familiarity with computer tablets is an assett

Non-technical Requirements

  • Professional approach and awareness of the importance of customer service quality
  • Excellent learning and problem-solving skillsAvailability for different shifts (evening and weekend)
  • Flexibility and attention to detail
  • Ability to take responsibility for one's actions and decisions, including executing them
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective planning and organizational skills combined with the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities
  • Excellent time management skillsAbility to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to remain calm and handle any situation with patience, empathy, and understanding
  • Ability to work effectively independently (self-management) as well as collaboratively with other associates
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change quickly
  • Knowledge of various amenities.
  • Firm intention to build better communities for all clients and neighboring communities.
  • *Ability to communicate clearly in English and French, both orally and in writing
