Summary Special Olympics Toronto provides sport opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities. We are looking for new and enthusiastic volunteer coaches to help run the Toronto Alpine Ski program during the winter season on a weekly basis.

Special Olympics Toronto is looking for new and enthusiastic certified ski coaches and volunteers to help deliver inclusive sport programming for children and adults with intellectual disabilities! Volunteers are the backbone of the Special Olympics movement. Special Olympics provides year round sport opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Special Olympics would not exist today—and could not have been created—without the time, energy, commitment and enthusiasm of our volunteers. It's about making your community and neighborhood a more welcoming and accepting place for people of all abilities.

  • Earl Bales Park - North York Ski Centre
  • 4169 Bathurst St, North York, ON M3H 3P7
  • Mondays (Weekly beginning in January)
  • 6:30-8:30pm (*Time is subject to change and will be confirmed closer to the date)

Seeking Enthusiastic Individuals In The Following Areas:

  • Certified Ski Coaches
  • Team Manager
  • General Volunteers
  • All prospective volunteers 18 and over, must complete a Vulnerable Sector Check/Screening. No experience necessary and opportunities for administrative roles as well!
