Role Description The Fractional Business Development Executive is a full-time, remote role. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and expanding AI Advisory’s market presence. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting discovery meetings, preparing proposals, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing. The executive will collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with AI-driven solutions and will provide ongoing account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention. This role also involves monitoring market trends, contributing to go-to-market strategies, and reporting on business development performance.
Qualifications
Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with a track record of securing and growing client accounts. Solid understanding of business operations and strategy, with the ability to translate client challenges into AI-focused solutions. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in account management, relationship building, and long-term client engagement. Experience in B2B technology, consulting, or AI/automation services is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Surrey, BC and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
