Kinetic Environmental Ltd. has an opportunity for an Abatement Technician on our Victoria sites to perform tasks involving physical labour at commercial, institutional, and industrial asbestos/lead/mould abatement and demolition projects, and to operate a variety of hand and power tools.

The wage for this position ranges from $25.00-34.00 per hour based on skills and experience. Wages are paid out weekly.

Position Specifications

  • Level 2 Asbestos Safety Training
  • Abatement experience preferred but not required, training to be provided.
  • Safe operation of hand tools and power tools
  • Workplace safety
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs) for 50ft.
  • Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Ability to determine the correct tools and equipment needed to do the job
