TITANFIELD supports operations as an independent contractor, delivering flexible, project-based expertise to facilities across the USA, Europe, and other global locations. Role Description The Executive Director role is a full-time remote position responsible for leading TITANFIELD Industrial Services’ overall strategy, operations, and client relationships. This role oversees business development, project acquisition, and long-term partnerships with industrial clients in the tobacco processing sector and adjacent industries. Day-to-day tasks include setting organizational goals, managing budgets and financial performance, supervising project and engineering leads, and ensuring that maintenance, shutdown, commissioning, and assembly services meet quality and safety standards. The Executive Director will coordinate international assignments, optimize resource allocation, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations in the regions where services are provided. The role also involves representing the company in negotiations, developing processes to improve production reliability outcomes for clients, and driving continuous improvement across all service lines. Qualifications Leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, team leadership, and stakeholder management. Experience in industrial services, engineering, or plant operations, ideally involving maintenance, commissioning, or shutdown projects. Strong business development and client relationship skills, including contract negotiation and account management. Financial and operational management capabilities, such as budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring. Knowledge of production reliability, troubleshooting methods, and risk management in industrial environments. Familiarity with international work environments, including cross-cultural communication and global project coordination. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree is an asset. Proficiency with common business software and remote collaboration tools. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, make informed decisions, and travel internationally as needed.
