What the job involves
- The Associate Customer Success Manager will play a key role in our Digital Customer Success strategy. This role involves working collaboratively with the Digital Customer Success team to help clients achieve their goals and ensure a positive experience with PointClickCare
- Respond to customer inquiries using a case management application, acting as a trusted advisor to drive solution adoption and help customers achieve their objectives, thereby maximizing business value
- Assist customers in identifying how PointClickCare products can address their critical business challenges
- Reduce product and logo churn by effectively identifying, managing, and mitigating risks
- Collaborate with other teams as needed to address customer inquires
